How to Prepare:
PREP YOUR FLAKES
1. Rinse millet flakes 2–3 times.
2. Drain and rest covered for 10 minutes.
FOR SWEET DISH
1. Mix the prepped flakes with Ghee, Jaggery or dates powder, Grated coconut
FOR SAVOURY DISH
1. Heat oil and saute Mustard seeds, Peanuts, Onions, Tomatoes, Vegetables, Salt

How to Prepare Tikkis
- Take 50g of Tikki mix and add to the boiled mashed potato (1 to 1.5 medium sized)
- Add required amt of water and mix well to avoid lumps
- Knead the mixture, roll and shape to Tikki/ vada shape.
- In a pan with oil/ghee, Shallow fry/Deep fry the Tikkis in medium flame for 5 mins. Tikkis is Ready ! Serve warm !
