How to Enjoy?
- Step 1: Bring 1-2 litres of water to a rolling boil in a wide pan for 8 minutes.
- Step 2: Drop in the noodles, add 1/2 tbsp oil, then cook to desired texture
- Step 3: Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside
- Step 4: Heat 1 tablespoon butter, ghee, or oil in a pan. Saute vegetables of your choice until tender
- Step 5: Stir in Gar’licky Masala and cook briefly for 2-3 minutes
- Step 6: Toss in the noodles and mix gently.
    Serve hot and enjoy!
Add-Ons to Garnish
- Saute Carrot, Beans, Corn, Broccoli, Spinach, Snake guard etc
- Top with Cheese, Extra pepper, Boiled Chickpea, Olives etc if required

Storage Instruction
- Transfer to a clean, dry container and use a dry spoon to avoid infestation

How to Prepare Tikkis
- Take 50g of Tikki mix and add to the boiled mashed potato (1 to 1.5 medium sized)
- Add required amt of water and mix well to avoid lumps
- Knead the mixture, roll and shape to Tikki/ vada shape.
- In a pan with oil/ghee, Shallow fry/Deep fry the Tikkis in medium flame for 5 mins. Tikkis is Ready ! Serve warm !
