Refund policy
We always aim to deliver our products in the best condition, but in rare cases where something goes wrong, please refer to the policies below:
1. RETURNS
Due to the nature of our perishable food products, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged or defective in transit.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide a photo or video proof of the damaged product with original packaging as received to customercare@amirthahealthfoods.com
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times may vary.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Once you place an order, you agree to these cancellation terms.
5. DATA PRIVACY & EMBEDDED CONTENT
- Articles on our site may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.) from other websites. These websites may collect your data and track interactions.
- If you comment on our site, both the comment and metadata are retained indefinitely.
- If you register on our site, your personal information is stored in your user profile. You may request to view, edit, or delete your data at any time.
- Visitor comments may be checked through automated spam detection tools.
