At Amirtha Health Foods Private Limited, we’re delighted to ship our products across India and Worldwide!
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
- Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are typically shipped the same day, provided payment is confirmed, stock is available, and card security checks are complete.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Domestic Orders (within India): Usually delivered within 2–6 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas, PO boxes, and military addresses may take a little longer.
- International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- During peak seasons, public holidays, or weather disruptions (e.g., heavy rain), there may be slight delays in processing or transit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives damaged during transit:
- Please take a clear photo/video of the damaged item.
- Contact us to arrange for a replacement.
If you've received an incorrect product:
- Kindly do not open the packaging.
- Reach out to us immediately with a photo and details.
- We'll promptly arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
