How to Enjoy?
- Take 4 tablespoon of Health mix Powder and dissolve it in 200 ml of water or Milk without lumps.
- Then boil the mix for 2mins
- Stir the mix continuously until 2mins of boiling to avoid lumps.
- Add 2 tbsp of county Sugar / palm sugar for taste and serve warm.
