How to Enjoy?

  1. Add 1/2 cup of Pancake mix and 1/2 cup of milk or water to egg and beat well for Batter

I have been a long-time customer of Amirtha Health and Foods. I purchased many products for my first child, and now I’m doing the same for my second child as well.

This pancake is good and healthy but it’s no way fluffy becauseit doesn’t contain any rising agent. And because of that it is difficult to use. Even if I use 1 whole egg the ratio varies and can’t do in batches

Yes, we consciously don’t use any rising agents or baking salt in our pancake mix.
For best results, keep the batter slightly thicker, cook on low flame, close the lid, and cook mostly on one side for a softer texture.
Since we avoid rising agents, the pancakes won’t turn out like ultra-fluffy café-style pancakes. But if someone prefers that texture, adding a little baking salt at their end is always their choice
