How to Enjoy? (Open to multiple recipes)
Prep Flakes
1. Rinse millet flakes 2–3 times.
2. Drain and rest covered for 10 minutes.
For Sweet dish
1. Mix the prepped flakes with Ghee, Jaggery or dates powder, Grated coconut
For Savoury dish
1. Heat oil and sauté Mustard seeds, Peanuts, Onions, Tomatoes, Vegetables, Salt
2. Add the prepped flakes and mix well.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot and enjoy!
