How to Enjoy?

1. Bring 1-2 liters of water to a rolling boil in a wide pan for 8 minutes.
2. Drop in the noodles, add 1/2 tbsp oil, then cook to desired texture
3. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside
4. Heat 1 tablespoon butter, ghee, or oil in a pan. Saute vegetables of your choice until tender
5. Stir in Gar’licky Masala and cook briefly for 2-3 minutes
6. Toss in the noodles and mix gently. Serve hot and enjoy!

Add-Ons to Garnish

• Sauté Carrot, Beans, Corn, Broccoli, Spinach, Snake guard etc.
• If required, Top with Cheese, Extra pepper, Boiled Chickpea, Olives etc.
